Last week I had a ladies holiday brunch at my apartment...While my apartment is a bit small I have an empty bedroom where I set up the food and make your own bloody Mary and mimosa bar and we were able to comfortably fit eight of us in the cozy space.
The hit of the party was the French Toast Casserole. I made it the day before and put the final touches and baked it right before everyone came. We also had artichoke pie, pepperoni bread, a frittata, bruschetta, deviled eggs, cinnamon bread, and a fruit salad. Everything turned out fabulous, it was a great Sunday of sitting around and over indulging!
